The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 38.89% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of China’s pharma industry during November 2022 over October 2022.
Parexel International posted 13 IT jobs in November 2022 and registered a drop of 7.14% over the previous month, followed by Sanofi with 6 jobs and a 500% growth. F. Hoffmann-La Roche with 2 IT jobs and Syneos Health with 2 jobs, recorded a 100% growth and a flat growth, respectively, while Pfizer recorded a flat growth with 2 job postings during November 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in November 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 60%, down by 19.23% from October 2022. Entry Level positions with a 28.57% share, registered an increase of 150% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with an 11.43% share, up 100% over October 2022.
