The company’s overall hiring activity declined by 10.33% in November 2022 when compared with October 2022.
IT jobs claimed a 5.73% share in the company’s total hiring activity in November 2022, and recorded a 0.26% growth over the last three-month average share.
Database and Network Administrators and Architects tops Eurofins Scientific IT hiring in November 2022
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Eurofins Scientific, Database and Network Administrators and Architects emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 30.84% in November 2022, and an 83.33% rise over October 2022, while Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers claimed a share of 28.97% in November 2022, and registered a decline of 49.18%. Computer and Information Analysts held a share of 28.04% in November 2022, a 23.08% drop from October 2022.
Europe drives IT hiring at Eurofins Scientific
Europe emerged as the leading region in the global pharma IT hiring activity in November 2022 with a 47.66% share, which marked a 15.91% rise over the previous month.
North America stood next with 30.84%, registering a 68.27% month-on-month decline. Asia-Pacific was the third leading region with a 12.15% share and an 18.18% rise over October 2022.
In the fourth place was Middle East & Africa with a share of 7.48% and a month-on-month flat growth. South & Central America stood at the bottom of the table with a share of 1.87%, registering a 71.43% drop over the previous month.
The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s pharma industry IT hiring activity with a 30.84% share in November 2022, a 68.27% decline over October 2022. Romania featured next with a 19.63% share, up 23.53% over the previous month.
Junior Level jobs lead Eurofins Scientific IT hiring activity in November 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 55.14%, down by 32.18% from October 2022. Entry Level positions with a 24.3% share, a decline of 52.73% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 20.56% share, up 37.5% over October 2022.
