North America emerged as the leading region in the global pharma IT hiring activity in October 2021 with a 47.53% share, which marked a 10% rise over the previous month.
Europe stood next with 32.1%, registering a 40.54% month-on-month growth. Asia-Pacific was the third leading region with a 16.05% share and a 23.81% rise over September 2021.
In the fourth place was Middle East & Africa with a share of 2.47% and a month-on-month increase of 300%. South & Central America stood at the bottom of the table with a share of 1.85%, registering a flat growth over the previous month.
The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s pharma industry IT hiring activity with a 41.98% share in October 2021, a 6.25% growth over September 2021. Poland featured next with a 10.49% share, up 325% over the previous month. Switzerland recorded a 7.41% share, an increase of 100% compared with September 2021.

Junior Level jobs held a share of 52.47%, up by 34.92% from September 2021. Mid Level positions with a 29.01% share, a growth of 2.17% compared with the previous month.
