The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 14.48% in July 2022 when compared with June 2022.
IT jobs claimed a 4.2% share in the company’s total hiring activity in July 2022, and recorded a 0.21% growth over the last three-month average share.
Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Johnson & Johnson IT hiring in July 2022
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Johnson & Johnson, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 42.6% in July 2022, and a 47.06% drop over June 2022, while Computer and Information Analysts claimed a share of 26.63% in July 2022, and registered flat growth. Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 12.43% in July 2022, a 27.59% drop from June 2022.
North America drives IT hiring at Johnson & Johnson
North America emerged as the leading region in the global pharma IT hiring activity in July 2022 with a 58.58% share, which marked a 42.44% drop over the previous month.
Asia-Pacific stood next with 19.53%, registering a 15.38% month-on-month decline. Europe was the third leading region with a 17.75% share and a 50% drop over June 2022.
In the fourth place was South & Central America with a share of 2.96% and a month-on-month increase of 25%. Middle East & Africa stood at the bottom of the table with a share of 1.18%, registering a flat growth over the previous month.
The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s pharma industry IT hiring activity with a 55.03% share in July 2022, a 43.29% decline over June 2022. India featured next with an 8.88% share, up 50% over the previous month. Ireland recorded a 3.55% share, an increase of 50% compared with June 2022.
Junior Level jobs lead Johnson & Johnson IT hiring activity in July 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 50.3%, down by 33.59% from June 2022. Mid Level positions with a 39.05% share, a decline of 44.07% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 10.65% share, down 37.93% over June 2022.
