IT jobs claimed a 13.42% share in the company’s total hiring activity in November 2022, and recorded a 1.54% growth over the last three-month average share.
Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Parexel International IT hiring in November 2022
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Parexel International, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 85.71% in November 2022, and a 12.2% drop over October 2022, while Computer and Information Analysts claimed a share of 4.76% in November 2022, and registered growth of 100%. Computer and Information Research Scientists held a share of 4.76% in November 2022, a flat growth from October 2022.
Asia-Pacific drives IT hiring at Parexel International
Asia-Pacific emerged as the leading region in the global pharma IT hiring activity in November 2022 with a 61.9% share, which marked a 23.81% rise over the previous month.
Europe stood next with 16.67%, registering a 22.22% month-on-month decline. Middle East & Africa was the third leading region with a 14.29% share and a 50% rise over October 2022.
In the fourth place was North America with a share of 7.14% and a month-on-month decline of 83.33%.
China commanded a leading presence in the region’s pharma industry IT hiring activity with a 30.95% share in November 2022, a 7.14% decline over October 2022. India featured next with a 26.19% share, up 1000% over the previous month. South Africa recorded a 14.29% share, an increase of 50% compared with October 2022.
Junior Level jobs lead Parexel International IT hiring activity in November 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 52.38%, down by 42.11% from October 2022. Mid Level positions with a 23.81% share, a growth of 100% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 23.81% share, up 11.11% over October 2022.
