The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 72.59% in August 2022 when compared with July 2022.

Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Parexel International IT hiring in August 2022
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Parexel International, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 83.03% in August 2022, and a 128.33% rise over July 2022, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 6.06% in August 2022, and registered growth of 400%. Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 4.85% in August 2022, a 300% rise from July 2022.

North America stood next with 21.21%, registering a 1650% month-on-month growth. Europe was the third leading region with a 7.88% share and an 18.18% rise over July 2022.
In the fourth place was Middle East & Africa with a share of 3.03% and a month-on-month increase of 66.67%. South & Central America stood at the bottom of the table with a share of 2.42%, registering a flat growth over the previous month.
China commanded a leading presence in the region’s pharma industry IT hiring activity with a 53.33% share in August 2022, a 104.65% growth over July 2022. US featured next with a 20.61% share, up 1600% over the previous month. India recorded a 7.27% share, an increase of 200% compared with July 2022.
Junior Level jobs lead Parexel International IT hiring activity in August 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 75.76%, up by 135.85% from July 2022. Mid Level positions with an 18.79% share, a growth of 210% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Senior job ads with 4.24% share, up 600% over July 2022, while Entry Level postings accounted for 1.21%, recording a month-on-month flat growth.
