Top five pharma companies in Poland’s IT recruitment activity in December 2021

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 52.5% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s pharma industry during December 2021 over November 2021.

GlaxoSmithKline posted 32 IT jobs in December 2021 and registered a rise of 10.34% over the previous month, followed by Bayer with 20 jobs and an 185.71% growth. F. Hoffmann-La Roche with 5 IT jobs and Biogen with 2 jobs, recorded a 66.67% growth and a flat growth, respectively, while PSI CRO recorded an increase of 100% with 2 job postings during December 2021.

Junior Level job postings dominate in December 2021

Junior Level jobs held a share of 64.71%, up by 12.82% from November 2021. Mid Level positions with a 19.12% share, registered a flat growth compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 16.18% share, up 83.33% over November 2021.
