The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 9.89% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of the US’s pharma industry during November 2022 over October 2022.
Intermountain Healthcare posted 269 IT jobs in November 2022 and registered a rise of 55.49% over the previous month, followed by CVS Health with 125 jobs and a 17.22% drop. Bausch Health Companies with 84 IT jobs and Laboratoryof America Holdings with 57 jobs, recorded a 33.33% decline and a 9.52% decrease, respectively, while Hastings Center recorded a decline of 68.55% with 39 job postings during November 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in November 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 53.42%, down by 43.38% from October 2022. Mid Level positions with a 28.89% share, registered a decline of 15.55% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 17.3% share, down 33.97% over October 2022, while Senior postings accounted for 0.39%, recording a month-on-month decline of 66.67%.
