Top five pharma companies in the US’s IT recruitment activity in May 2022

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 99.75% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of the US’s pharma industry during May 2022 over April 2022.

Evolent Health posted 444 IT jobs in May 2022 and registered a rise of 150.85% over the previous month, followed by CVS Health with 124 jobs and an 11.71% growth. The Hastings Center with 92 IT jobs and Bausch Health Companies with 82 jobs, recorded a 48.39% growth and a 272.73% growth, respectively, while Chenega recorded an increase of 104.35% with 47 job postings during May 2022.

Junior Level job postings dominate in May 2022

Junior Level jobs held a share of 54.62%, down by 2.06% from April 2022. Mid Level positions with a 25.66% share, registered a decline of 22.36% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 19.32% share, up 32.08% over April 2022, while Senior postings accounted for 0.4%, recording a month-on-month increase of 166.67%.
