US-based pharmacy Caligor Rx has taken over clinical trial material management services provider The Coghlan Group for an undisclosed sum.
Caligor delivers comparator drugs, rescue medications, combination therapies, ancillary supplies, and logistical support for clinical trials.

Caligor expects the acquisition to enable it to develop clinical trial secondary packaging and labelling capabilities globally.

Based in China, Zhejiang Jolly is involved in research, development, manufacturing and sales of medicinal fungi series products.
The transaction will reduce the divesting company’s stake to 15%.
