Acino Pharma has announced its acquisition of South African healthcare company Litha Healthcare Group from Endo International for $100m.
Acino is a Swiss pharmaceutical company, while Endo is a US-based generics and specialist pharmaceutical company.
The acquisition will help in expanding Acino’s presence in the South African market.
Finland-based pharmaceutical company Oriola-KD Corporation plans to acquire Swedish healthcare services provider ICTHS Health Support.
The acquisition will enable Oriola to offer healthcare services to pharmaceutical companies and pharmacies in Sweden and Finland.
ImmunoPrecise Antibodies plans to acquire contract research organisation U-Protein Express BV (U-Protein) for €6.83m ($7.78m).
The acquisition will allow the Canadian-based antibodies provider to expand its presence in Europe and diversify its revenue base.
