Chinese pharmaceutical company Northeast Pharmaceutical Group plans to acquire 60% stake in a medicine company based in Dandong, China, through its subsidiary for CNY3.9m ($0.57m).
Venture capital firm Principia, along with the Principia Health Fund, has announced the acquisition of 70% stake in pharmaceutical company Trifarma.
All entities involved in the acquisition are based in Italy. The acquisition will enable Principia to launch new products in the Italian market.
Creador III’s affiliate Commelina has announced the acquisition of 22% stake in Indian healthcare and medical services provider Paras Healthcare for Rs2.75bn ($42.7m).
Creador is a private equity firm based in Malaysia.
