Pharmaceutical and healthcare company Precision for Medicine has acquired Applied Immunology, a custom cell-based and immunoassay solutions provider.
Precision for Medicine expects that the move will help to expand its targeted therapeutics across immunology, rare diseases and biosimilars. It will also assist in developing its laboratory services in cell-based and immunoassays.

Veristat has acquired Spero Oncology, a clinical operations provider for oncology trials, with plans to expand its services in Europe.
Following the take over, Veristat will be able to provide full clinical operations support, including feasibility studies, legal representations, clinical monitoring and project management services in Europe.
