The device has a measurement range of -40 to 60°C (-40 to 140°F) for fridge and freezer applications. The vaccine kit includes a glycol-filled bottle in which a temperature probe is immersed. This mimics the temperature response time of vaccines for the most accurate profile, reducing false alarms when fridge or freezer doors are opened and the vaccines are exposed to sudden changes in air temperature.
The EL-WIFI-VAC is also available as a dual-channel model, the EL-WIFI-VAC2. This version allows users to monitor two different areas at the same time, for example, two separate storage compartments, or two areas of the same compartment.
Should the WiFi connection drop, the EL-WIFI-VAC will continue to store data internally and automatically upload to the Cloud once a connection is re-established, meaning no loss of data when faced with inconsistent connectivity.
Set-up high and low alarms and receive instant email alerts when temperatures become too hot or cold in the fridge or freezer.
