Senvec Hattori’s machines visually inspect granules, rice, wheat, soybean, corn, coffee, potatoes, tomatoes and medicines.

Its units provide simultaneous detection of discoloured, damaged grain and foreign material utilising colour and infrared cameras. The material is fed using an electromagnetic vibrator.

The front and rear-side colour cameras detect discoloured and damaged grain, while the infra-red camera can be equipped to the front and rear-side for detecting foreign materials and defects.

Materials are fed consistently via an electromagnetic vibrator and fall down a stainless-steel chute. If one of each camera detects a defect, pneumatic ejectors reject it with air blow.
