AlpVision launched a new solution at INTERPHEX 2009 in New York. Using an ordinary office scanner it is now possible to distinguish counterfeit medicine tablets from authentic ones without additional marking on the tablets and with no incremental production costs.

AlpVision expanded its line of covert anti-counterfeiting solutions applied to primary packaging (blister packs), secondary packaging (folding boxes) and labels with one that is applied to the tablet itself.
