According to GlobalData, Phase II drugs for Melanoma have a 27% phase transition success rate (PTSR) indication benchmark for progressing into Phase III. GlobalData’s report assesses how Dodekin’s drug-specific PTSR and Likelihood of Approval (LoA) scores compare to the indication benchmarks. Buy the report here.

Smarter leaders trust GlobalData

GlobalData tracks drug-specific phase transition and likelihood of approval scores, in addition to indication benchmarks based off 18 years of historical drug development data. Attributes of the drug, company and its clinical trials play a fundamental role in drug-specific PTSR and likelihood of approval.

Dodekin overview

Dodekin is under development for the treatment of solid tumor, malignant melanoma, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and triple-negative breast cancer. It is a fully-human vascular targeting immunocytokine antibody consisting of the human antibody L19 in diabody format fused to human interleukin 12 (IL12) directed against the extra-domain B (ED-B) of fibronectin. The therapeutic candidate is developed based on immunocytokine technology. It is administered through intravenous route of administration.

It was also under development for the treatment of renal cell carcinoma, urothelial carcinoma, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), microsatellite instability-high (MSI-H) or mismatch repair deficient (dMMR) metastatic colorectal cancer, hepatocellular cancer, gastric cancer, squamous cell carcinoma of the skin, cervical cancer, orthotopic glioblastoma and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
