The ability to multiplex multiple assays into one HTS format allows the user to collect more data for the same amount of work, thereby saving both time and money. The PHERAstar is a multifunctional HTS machine that can read in all detection modes (fluorescence intensity, TRF, fluorescence polarization, luminescence, and absorbance) and can read two emitted wavelengths at once.
