New Range of Vibro-Energy, Ultra-Fine Grinding Mills

Boulton presents its new range of Vibro-Energy Ultra-Fine Grinding Mills, including wet mills, laboratory, and pilot plant mills.

Boulton's wet mills can handle a particle size range from 6mm to <1micron. The medium amplitude version has a maximum of 5mm vertical displacement, while the high amplitude has a maximum of 9mm at 50Hz. Process material capacity for this machine is 28%-33% of the working volume, with a high-density cylindrical shape ceramic media.

The laboratory and pilor plant mills are suited for both wet and dry grinding with suitable outlets. The amount of grinding media and capacity is variable, with a maximum vertical amplitude displacement of 6mm.
