This survey was conducted online in Q4 2022 with sampling conducted in collaboration with a major industry publication. We conducted the survey to ask businesses how they thought the industry had changed over the past few years, and what the future holds in light of recent events.

This exercise provided insights that will help logistics businesses consider the challenges they face and how they can respond to them in the years ahead.
