Früh Verpackungstechnik was founded in 1980 by Albert Früh with the goal of offering customised and effective packaging solutions to a demanding clientele. In less than 30 years Früh has become a leading company in the field of flexible packaging solutions and contract packaging of medical technology products.
After a smooth and successful transition to the next generation the company is now managed by Hans-Peter Früh and Peter Koemeter. With its move to the new, state-of-the-art premises in Fehraltorf, Switzerland, Früh Verpackungstechnik has created the framework for an even more successful future. Früh Verpackungstechnik today has about 300 employees.

The packaging materials are supplied in ready-made pouches, bags or reels, printed or unprinted.
The material for these gusset-bags is four-layer laminate, containing Alu-Foil. It has excellent barrier property regarding water vapour transmission and O2 transmission. The bags are vacuum tight and are made especially for powders, liquids, tablets, capsules, creams and gels.

The pouches are made from various laminates, according to product and shelf life needs (with or without Alu-Foil). Different sizes of ports are possible and are also temper proof.

The peel pouches are also made from various laminates according to product and shelf life needs. The clear pouches are transparent and the foil pouches laminated with Alu-Foil. Many standard sizes are available for almost all medical implants.

Three sided sealed pouches are used for vacuum and gas flushing applications and for pasteurisation or sterilisation. These are used as powders, liquids, tablets, capsules, creams and gels. Various sizes of up to 700mm x 800mm are possible.
