GUSSET-BAGS FOR BULK PRODUCTS

The material for these gusset-bags is four-layer laminate, containing Alu-Foil. It has excellent barrier property regarding water vapour transmission and O2 transmission. The bags are vacuum tight and are made especially for powders, liquids, tablets, capsules, creams and gels.

Standard sizes:

• 130mm x 65mm x 360mm = 2 litres
• 170mm x 110mm x 360mm = 3 litres
• 170mm x 110mm x 460mm = 5 litres
• 170mm x 110mm x 560mm = 8 litres
• 250mm x 160mm x 500mm = 12 litres
• 250mm x 160mm x 600mm = 16 litres

STAND-UP POUCHES

The pouches are made from various laminates, according to product and shelf life needs (with or without Alu-Foil). Different sizes of ports are possible and are also temper proof.

Standard sizes:

• 100ml (without Port)
• 250ml (with or without Port)
• 500ml (with or without Port)
• 1,000ml (with or without Port)
• 2,500ml (with or without Port)
• 5,000ml (with or without Port)

PEEL POUCHES FOR MEDICAL IMPLANTS AND GAMMA RADIATION

The peel pouches also are made from various laminates according product and shelf life needs. The clear pouches are transparent and the foil pouches laminates with Alu-Foil. Many standard sizes are available for almost all medical implants.

THREE SIDED SEALED POUCHES

These are made from various laminates according product and shelf life requirements (with or without Alu-Foil). Three sided sealed pouches are used for vacuum and gas flushing applications and for pasteurisation or sterilization. These are used as powders, liquids, tablets, capsules, creams and gels. Various sizes of up to 700mm x 800mm are possible.
