TrialScope announced it has appointed Richard Aguinaldo as chief financial officer (CFO).
Mr Aguinaldo brings more than 20 years of experience in growing companies. He used to work as a CFO at Activu Corporation.
TrialScope CEO Mike Forgash said: "Richard has extensive experience working with cloud-based technology companies, a background that fully aligns with our core product offering."

Before joining Activu, Mr Aguinaldo was finance director at ShoreTel.
Mr Aguinaldo was also VP for Finance and Controller for M5 Networks for eight years, where he was instrumental in growing the company from $3 million to $60 million in annual revenues, before it was acquired by ShoreTel.
