Pierre Fabre Médicament has an extensive expertise in supercrititical fluids and has developed a new coating process called FORMULCOAT®. This process gives a performing taste-masking even for micro particles (<50µm) and thermo-sensitive particles. This process does not use any organic solvents and is performed at room temperature.

As FORMULCOAT is a semi-continuous process, we can coat 30kg of API per hour, which is a high level of productivity.
