Pfizer CentreOne, a global contract manufacturing organization embedded within Pfizer, has announced that it has been named a recipient of Life Science Leader’s 2017 CMO Leadership Awards, now in its sixth year.

To determine recipients, Life Science Leader magazine teamed up with Industry Standard Research (ISR). More than 80 contract manufactures were assessed by 26 performance metrics in ISR’s annual Contract Manufacturing Quality Benchmarking survey.

Survey participants were recruited from pharma and biopharma companies of all sizes and were screened for decision-making influence related to working with contract manufacturing suppliers.

Respondents only evaluate companies they have worked with for an outsourced project within the past 18 months. This level of qualification ensures that survey responses are based on actual involvement with contract manufacturers and clear experiential data.

Winners are judged by their customers as either exceeding expectations or as top performers.
