Ravensburg – This year’s first place prize at the annual TrackWise® Innovation Awards went to Vetter Pharma-Fertigung for its outstanding implementation of Sparta Systems’ software solution. Vetter uses TrackWise as part of its broad-based quality management system.
A tool is only as good as its user. Sparta Systems’ special award is given to customers who deploy the software innovatively to meet particularly tough business challenges and thereby create significant business value.
Joachim del Boca, vice-president of quality assurance at Vetter, was delighted at the news. “This really confirms that we made the right choices in quality management,” he said.
TrackWise, del Boca went on to explain, is used to depict all processes and structures in a single program. This enables access to all relevant data and documentation throughout the entire company. “It not only means great transparency,” he pointed out, “but it also enables shorter reaction times, and a lot more product safety and quality.”
The award was handed out in November at the TrackWise Connection Annual European User Conference in Prague, Czech Republic.
