SHL and its latest autoinjector Molly have recently been featured in the October 2010 issue of OnDrugDelivery magazine, a publication that showcases different technologies of the drug delivery industry and reaches a large group of targeted readers.

In this featured article, titled ‘Simple, Compact and Maximum Speed to Market: An Auto Injector That Gets the Job Done’, Steven Kaufman, marketing director at SHL, shares some of the challenges pharmaceutical and biotechnological companies face when choosing the right autoinjector for their drug. This includes finding the right drug delivery device partner as well as maximising the final product’s speed to market. Molly, which is SHL’s newest autoinjector, is also featured in the article as it addresses many of the common challenges mentioned above and more.

Kaufman commented: “OnDrugDelivery has a highly targeted group of readers in the drug delivery business. By featuring such an article, we can share with these readers our experience and knowledge that we, as a drug delivery device company, have acquired over the years, and hopefully provide them with further insight into the business of autoinjectors.”

The October 2010 issue of OnDrugDelivery will be available in print at the PDA shows in both Las Vegas and Berlin and can be found on the OnDrugDelivery website.
