AVC-101 is under development for the treatment of relapsed and refractory acute myeloid leukemia, acute lymphocytic leukemia. The drug candidate comprises of autologous T cells genetically modified to express universal chimeric antigen receptor co-administreed with a targeting module, a recombinant protein adaptor (TM123) targeting CD123.
