Thermoregulating Units for Pharma Reactors in the USA

Special thermoregulating units Tempco TREG with construction and materials compliant to USA industrial regulations have been recently engineered and shipped to a customer in the United States. The units are aimed for reactors thermoregulation in pharma and chemical productions.

The three TREG units are able to provide pressurized water in a temperature range between -10° C and +140° C. Heating section employs electrical resistors, while the cooling circuit is equipped with a plate heat exchanger and a control modulating valve.

The units are served by three chillers working with thermal capacity of -15° C, equipped with control and management panel. Heaters are managed through static relays with remote control panel as well.

Following this order, the same customer also committed a new machinery with a different execution, Atex compliant for a special pharmaceutical project in the production of cosmetics.
