SCREENING COMPOUNDS

Screening collection of Enamine consists of more than 1,000,000 low molecular weight organic compounds. It proved to be a valuable source of exclusive drug-like compounds. The compounds have been produced by application of original synthetic techniques developed by Enamine. We offer prompt resupply and resynthesis of compounds from our collection.

By application of drug-like and structural filters (Lipinski's and Veber's rules, MedChem filters) to our Screening Collection we have developed a Drug-Like library of 550,000 compounds. Targeted Libraries derived from Screening Collection are available separately, as well as Fragment-like library, containing over 300 original core heterocyclic fragments.

Enamine is dedicated to supply only products of the highest quality. Enamine carries out total Quality Control by LC/MS and NMR.

SCREENING COMPOUNDS FROM REAL DATABASE

Screening compounds are produced by Enamine within validated chemistry space that is created through the rigorous selection of reactions and the appropriate building blocks in numerous tests. This capacity of Enamine to synthesize a great number of screening compounds is formulated as its REAL DataBase. Currently, about 11,000,000 highly feasible structures are offered.

BUILDING BLOCKS

Building blocks design is based on the expertise of Enamine team and its scientific partners in heterocyclic, fluorine, sulfur and other chemistries. Enamine has elaborated a large stock of proprietary building blocks (21,000 items). We attained high percentage of unique compounds in our screening compound collection due to usage of our own building blocks in the in-house production.

CUSTOM SYNTHESIS

Custom synthesis belongs to one of the prioritized directions of Enamine development. Our well-equipped laboratories, highly qualified personnel and vast scientific background enable us to challenge different custom synthesis tasks in mg/g/kg scale. Enamine is capable to run scale-up projects up to tens of kilograms as well.

Custom Synthesis programs can be developed either on 'project-by-project' or FTE basis.
