At next week’s premier medical and laboratory equipment exhibition (Medica) in Dusseldorf, UK autoclave manufacturer Priorclave will be showcasing three of its most popular steam sterilisers on stand 1E02 in hall 1. These priorclaves illustrate a diversity in design as well as standard features that enable the company to satisfy many differing practical location requirements and applications such as occasional use, restricted space and difficult installation access.

Visitors to Priorclave’s stand can evaluate first-hand the benefits of models including:

  • The C60 top-loading autoclave – an extremely popular model and the smallest model on show, it offers a level of settings and operation flexibility normally associated with larger machines. Among its many standard features are forced cooling and automatic timed freesteaming
  • The QCS EV100, another top-loading model, has a 100l sterilisation chamber and can be supplied with either electrical or direct steam heating. It is especially noted for its low loading heights
  • The QCS EH150, a front-loading model, has a 150l sterilisation chamber and can be supplied with either electrical or direct steam heating. It is also available in a pass-through format, designed to fit through and be sealed to a wall, enabling items to be sterilised either into or out of a sealed laboratory

The three priorclaves featured at Medica are part of an extensive ‘standard’ range with a proven pedigree, offering exceptional performance and low cost of ownership. Where standard priorclaves do not fit, the Priorclave organisation boasts a dedicated product development team that designs to meet specific requirements – the team doesn’t just work to operational specifications; it also takes environmental conditions and site location into account.
