MiniLiLi Column Loading Test by Methyl and Ethyl Paraben Mix

The loading capacity of the 35ml miniLiLi column was evaluated using mixtures of methyl and ethyl paraben at three loading levels: 10mg, 25mg, and 100mg. The target purity for both compounds was above 99%. All three experiments produced main fractions with purity above 99%. The best overall performance was achieved at the 25 mg loading level: Methyl paraben: 99.4% purity and 94.8% yield, Ethyl paraben: 99.1% purity and 87.9% yield. At 100mg, purity remained above 99%, but recovery decreased to 66.7% for methyl paraben and 56.5% for ethyl paraben, indicating that the column was approaching or exceeding its optimal loading range under the tested conditions. Key result: The miniLiLi maintained greater than 99% purity at loadings up to 100 mg, while 25 mg provided the best balance between purity and yield.
