Conversis Medical is holding a medical translation workshop to provide support and practical guidance on how to successfully manage a project requiring specialised medical translation and localisation.
The medical translation 101 workshop are part of a series of workshops provided by Conversis. It will take place on 3 December at the Marylebone Hotel, London at 8am and includes breakfast.
Translation and localisation are essential elements of global strategy for international pharmaceutical companies who are already working in or are considering moving into global markets.
Culturally-adapted localisation makes a huge difference to a company’s success in the global market, and can be achieved through culturally sensitive localised marketing campaigns, translations into local languages, and globalised websites.
Conversis CEO Gary Muddyman said: "The event will act as an open forum for global businesses to share experiences and solutions for issues related to translation and localisation.
"This workshop would be great for pharmaceutical marketers, product or project managers, or anybody embarking on projects in the medical localisation sector, looking for answers to questions about translation and localisation in the pharmaceutical industry."
