Ropack Inc has completed a major expansion of its pharmaceutical facilities in Montreal.
The expansion included many phases, including the addition of several production rooms, more than 20,000sqft of additional warehousing space and 10,000sqft of extra office space.
A new building was also acquired to upgrade the warehousing and distribution capacities. The new building offers 80,000sqft of warehousing space, including refrigerated units and several production rooms. Both divisions have a site licence issued by health Canada and level nine security vaults.
Ropack is constantly growing and is determined to keep providing an unequalled service to customers as it has been since 1976, making Ropack a pioneer in the packaging business.
A new bottling line with the latest packaging technologies was recently installed. A new cold-form blister line was also added to the already impressive packaging machinery owned by Ropack. The installation of new state-of-the-art cartoning equipment also allows for uninterrupted insertion of blisters and leaflets.
