Successful Supervisory Audit

ECOCOOL did more than merely produce with assurance its primary quality management system certification in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.

As ECOCOOL’s certified quality management officer, she was responsible for coordinating the audit. “For this supervisory audit, we went through every process with a fine-tooth comb,” she adds.

Management is proud to once again have its high quality standards inspected and confirmed, this time by independent external auditors. “We have to follow strict legal guidelines for our clients in foodstuffs and pharmaceuticals.

Product quality and hygiene during delivery are absolutely critical in this regard,” says Managing Director Dr Florian Siedenburg. “With our quality management systems, monitored by DEKRA, we offer improved security within the sensitive supply chain in the distribution of foodstuffs and pharmaceuticals.” Good for ECOCOOL, great for ECOCOOL clients.
