Gerteis is displaying its latest and most advanced roller compactor called Mini-Pactor®. This roller compactor has a multilingual human-machine-interface (HMI) and uses IFIX supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) software as a platform, which supports international workgroups with different language backgrounds.
Visitors can also attend Gerteis’ booth in Booth A22, Hall 10.
The containment level for this roller compactor is between occupational exposure band (OEB) 3 and OEB4 and will meet the wash-in-place (WIP) function for most the roller compactor containment requirements.
This unit is designed to process some of the most difficult products in the research and development (R&D) phase, as the capacity will start from 10g per trial up to 100kg / h. The maximum capacity enables small production or clinical trials on the same machine.
